Social and emotional skills programme for teenage girls and boys (14-17 yrs)
This group is designed to use simple techniques and ideas to manage self-discovery to help teenagers develop authentic meaningful con- nections within themselves and their personal relationships with peers and adults. These help teenagers navigate their emotional and psycho- logical worlds more effectively and to become better balanced individuals and ultimately adults. Through mindful activities, breathing techniques, sensory awareness, creative activi- ties and guidance they will learn to identify, understand and regulate their feelings and emotions in a healthier way. All of the above happens within a safe, non-threatening and in- timate group setting every Friday for four weeks.
