Managing anxiety and stress for teens
Being a teenager can be tough. Stress and anxiety due to school work, exams, friendships, relationships with parents and peers and expectations from others. If you are feeling a little overwhelmed with some of these challenges then this fun and creative workshop offers you a space to learn practical tips on how you can manage your behaviour in a healthier way for you.
