SPEAKER

Mareli Fischer, Clinical Psychologist and ADHD researcher, holds a Masters degree in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch and a research Masters Degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Cape Town, specifically looking at the functional impairment of South African children diagnosed with ADHD.  She founded the ADHD research team at UCT in 2008, during her Honours, and has been involved the topic ever since.  She presented her research findings at local and international conferences in Stockholm, London an Paris.
