Explore the importance of building authentic relationships with your students through strengthening communication skills. Set goals for yourself based on your personal values and beliefs to ensure enough self-care to prevent burnout.
These skills are taught through learning about your personal social and emotional skills in the following competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills and Responsible Decision-Making.
